Printat is operated by E MINDS CO FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT, a company registered in the State of Kuwait under Commercial Registration No. 382444. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing any order, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies.

Nature of Service

The website provides commercial printing services in business-oriented quantities. Individuals and sole establishments may place orders; however, advanced subscription services, design services, and credit terms are available only to approved companies and institutions.

Right to Accept or Reject Orders

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order, suspend any account, or stop any service without stating reasons. This right also applies where outstanding dues exist, where the website is misused, or where unlawful or inappropriate content is submitted.

State and Government Logos

The company will not process any order containing the emblem of the State, ministry logos, Amiri Diwan marks, or any governmental authority branding unless an original official letter from the requesting authority is provided.

Order Confirmation and Production Start

Orders become confirmed and binding only after advance payment is received through approved payment methods, or after the client has been formally approved under credit terms. Production starts only thereafter.

Design Approval

Client approval of artwork by email, WhatsApp, or any official communication channel constitutes final and irreversible authorization to proceed with production. Once the print order is released, no modification is allowed except where accepted by the company and subject to additional charges.

Cancellation and Refunds

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing authorization has been issued or actual production has started. In exceptional cases only, the company may issue partial store credit or voucher at its sole discretion after deducting incurred costs.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed on the website, quotations, or invoices are exclusive of VAT and any future governmental taxes. Where such taxes apply, they will be added to the order value in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The client confirms that it holds the legal right to use all designs, logos, and content submitted for printing and bears full legal responsibility for any intellectual property infringement or third-party rights violation.

Limitation of Liability

Under all circumstances, the company total liability shall not exceed the value of the disputed order. The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, operational, reputational, or profit-related losses.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the website or the execution of any order.

طبيعة الخدمة

يقدم الموقع خدمات الطباعة التجارية بالكميات المناسبة للأعمال والشركات والمشاريع. ويجوز للأفراد والمؤسسات الفردية تقديم طلبات عبر الموقع، إلا أن خدمات الاشتراك المتقدمة وخدمات التصميم وشروط الدفع الآجل مخصصة للشركات والمؤسسات بعد اعتماد طلب الاشتراك

حق قبول أو رفض الطلبات

تحتفظ الشركة بحق قبول أو رفض أي طلب أو تعليق أي حساب أو إيقاف أي خدمة دون إبداء الأسباب، كما تحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب في حال وجود مستحقات مالية غير مسددة أو استخدام غير مناسب للموقع أو تقديم محتوى مخالف أو غير مشروع

شعارات الدولة والجهات الحكومية

لن تقبل الشركة تنفيذ أي طلب يحمل شعار الدولة أو شعار الوزارات أو الديوان الأميري أو أي جهة حكومية، ما لم يتم تقديم كتاب رسمي أصلي صادر من الجهة الطالبة يجيز تنفيذ الطلب بشكل واضح وصريح

تأكيد الطلب وبدء التنفيذ

لا يعتبر الطلب مؤكداً وملزماً للشركة إلا بعد استلام الدفعة المقدمة عبر الوسائل المعتمدة، أو بعد اعتماد العميل ضمن نظام الرصيد الائتماني بالنسبة للشركات المعتمدة ،   وتبدأ عملية الإنتاج أو الطباعة بعد ذلك فقط

اعتماد التصميم

تعد موافقة العميل على التصميم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو تطبيق واتساب أو أي وسيلة تواصل رسمية موافقة نهائية وغير قابلة للتراجع لبدء التنفيذ. وبعد إصدار أمر الطباعة لا يسمح بإجراء أي تعديل إلا وفق ما تقبله الشركة مع احتساب الرسوم الإضافية الواجبة

الإلغاء والاسترجاع

لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد إعطاء الأمر بالطباعة أو بدء التنفيذ الفعلي. وفي حالات استثنائية فقط، قد توافق الشركة على منح العميل رصيداً أو كوبوناً جزئياً وفقاً لتقديرها المنفرد وبعد خصم ما تم تحمله من تكاليف

الأسعار والضرائب

جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع أو في العروض أو الفواتير غير شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو أي ضرائب حكومية قد يتم فرضها مستقبلاً، وفي حال تطبيقها يتم إضافتها إلى قيمة الطلب وفقاً للقانون المعمول به

الملكية الفكرية

يقر العميل بأنه يملك الحق القانوني في استخدام جميع التصاميم والشعارات والمحتوى الذي يرسله للطباعة، ويتحمل كامل المسؤولية القانونية عن أي انتهاك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق الغير

حدود المسؤولية

في جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤولية الشركة تجاه العميل قيمة الطلب محل النزاع فقط. ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو فقدان أرباح أو خسائر تشغيلية أو أضرار سمعة أو فرص تجارية

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص محاكم الكويت وحدها بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام الموقع أو تنفيذ الطلبات
